Customer arrival procedure
- Call +44 7577 689401 approximately 30 minutes before reaching the terminal.
- Give the team your booking reference and expected arrival time.
- Missing this advance call may cause delays.
Vehicle collection procedure
- Call once as soon as you land.
- Call again after collecting your luggage and before leaving the terminal.
- Keep your booking reference ready; both calls help us reduce waiting time.
ULEZ responsibility
You are responsible for ULEZ Auto Pay registration and every applicable charge, penalty or fine. Vehicles may be moved during the parking period.
Terminal fees and additional charges
- Terminal entry and exit charges are payable separately and are not included.
- Unplanned extra parking days cost £20 per day.
- Oversized vehicles, late returns and out-of-hours service may incur additional charges.
Operating information
Standard hours are 04:00–00:00 (midnight), seven days a week. Meeting times are estimates and can vary because of traffic and airport conditions.
